1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flowruns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Flowruns is a marketplace for AI agent workflows. Sellers upload and list workflows; buyers purchase access to execute them. All payments are processed via Stripe Connect.
3. Seller Terms
Sellers must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. Flowruns charges a 20% platform fee on each sale. Sellers retain ownership of their workflows but grant buyers a license to execute them.
4. Buyer Terms
Purchases grant you the right to execute the workflow via our platform. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer purchased workflows without the seller's explicit permission.
5. Payments
All transactions are processed in USD through Stripe. Payouts to sellers are handled automatically via Stripe Connect. Refunds are at the discretion of the seller and Flowruns.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flowruns is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from workflow execution, including data loss or business interruption.
