How FlowRuns works for buyers and sellers

FlowRuns is a marketplace for agentic AI workflows. Buyers browse listings, pay the seller’s price for each cloud execution, and download results. Sellers publish workflows, set a price per run, and earn through Stripe Connect.
Each execution is a one-time payment for that run (not a lifetime license). Checkout uses Stripe. Free ($0) workflows can run without a card when the listing is allowed under free-listing rules.
Sellers connect a Stripe Express account. On each paid run, FlowRuns takes an application fee of 20% of the list price for platform-AI workflows (seller keeps 80%), or 15% when the workflow uses seller BYOK (seller keeps 85%). Payout timing follows Stripe.
On FlowRuns infrastructure inside isolated Docker containers with resource limits. Inputs and outputs are stored for that execution so you can download results from your dashboard.
Platform mode can use FlowRuns-hosted AI (Ollama Cloud / Kimi) within usage caps included in the product design. BYOK mode uses the seller’s own provider keys so token spend stays on their account—and the platform fee is lower (15%).
Yes when the listing is official FlowRuns brand, the seller is on a paid membership plan, or the workflow is BYOK with a saved API key. Free platform-key listings for everyone are not allowed.
